5. Order Process

Once you place an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • Design Approval: You may be asked to approve a design proof before we proceed with printing. It is your responsibility to ensure all details, including spelling, design, and layout, are correct.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
