Shipping Policy:

We offer fast and reliable shipping for all of our custom-designed cups. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We currently offer shipping to UK, US, France, Europe, etc..

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination, but usually range from 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your shipping address. You will see your total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom-designed cup! If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer a return or exchange.

  • Returns: If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your custom cup for another design or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that customized products are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.

  • Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

How to Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Once the return is received, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Note: We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your item.
